Als wissenschaftliche Referentin unterstütze ich die Institutsleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft und bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des IGB.
Zu meinen Aufgaben gehören
- Koordination interner Abläufe, z.B. im Rahmen des Qualitätsmanagements (Berichtswesen, Audits, Evaluierungen) und zur Unterstützung der Organisations- und Personalentwicklung
- Unterstützung der internen Kommunikation und Vernetzung über Veranstaltungen und institutseigene Förderprogramme,
- Vertretung des IGB in verschiedenen Gremien; hauptsächlich Belange der Leibniz-Gemeinschaft, des Forschungsverbundes Berlin e.V. und des Wissenschaftlichen Beirats.
