Minisymposium Leibniz-Competition

IGB-scientists will present their project proposals submitted for the pre-selection for the Leibniz competition (SAW)

The proposals to be presented are:

  • RapidInfect: Can rapid evolution reinforce climate warming effects? Consequences of adaptation in plankton-parasite interactions for future aquatic ecosystem functions (Hilt, Wolinska et al., funding line 'Collaborative Excellence')
  • SUBRBIOM: Small urban water bodies - exploring biodiversity and its perception by humans to improve management (Wolter et al., funding line 'Collaborative Excellence')
  • GLOWABIO: Global freshwater biodiversity, biogeography and conservation (Domisch, funding line 'Junior Research Group')
  • Berlin centre of excellence for light and night (Jechow et al.; funding line 'Transfer')
