Girls‘ Day at IGB

Insights into professions that are predominantly dominated by men - this was also offered by this year's nationwide Girls' Day on 27 April. On the "Girls' Future Day", the IGB received ten students from Berlin to give them an insight into the work of scientists and technicians in the laboratory. The girls aged between 13 and 15 tested together with IGB staff the pH of different foods, investigated the development of natural river beds, and conducted behavioral studies with fish.
