Experience and discover freshwater ecosystems – and test out your own career prospects in environmental research. This is what the Future Day at Lake Stechlin offers. Whether in the FÖJ, in training or in daily work as a water researcher – curiosity and fun with the topic of water are in demand.
And the topic is becoming increasingly important: at the latest since the many droughts and floods, we know how important it is to treat our freshwater systems properly.
Gain an insight into how we contribute to water protection with our research. You will get to know the various projects and take a water sample from Lake Stechlin yourself and then analyse it in the laboratory. So if you are curious and not afraid of water, you should register. We look forward to seeing you!
Please bring weatherproof clothing and non-slip shoes. Your physical well-being will be taken care of: at the end there will be a pizza picnic for everyone.
